Arielle is DC’s participant and provider Liaison as well as co-Director and business owner. Arielle has a professional background in mental health, disability and education with a degree in psychology and sociology and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling.

Arielle and Manuel have two adult children with disability and with NDIS plans.

Mae is DC’s Finance Manager. Mae is a qualified Bookkeeper and Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. She oversees DC’s plan management invoice payments and Careview site.

Mae’s background is as manager of H&R Block Tax Accountants in Hobart. Mae also manages her husband Gary’s NDIS plan and finances.

Naomi is DC’s Finance Officer assisting with submitted PM invoices and payments. Naomi has a background in aged care and disability and is currently completing a bookkeeping and accounting certificate.

Naomi was previously a business owner/operator with husband Jake, managing a retail shop prior to coming to DC.

Manuel is DC’s Director and co-business owner. He has a background as a CEO in the disability sector with an Advanced Diploma of Disability. Manuel also has experience in support coordination, aged care, youth work, and NDIS planner.

Manuel and Arielle have two adult children with disability and NDIS plans.
